The Yealink MVC500 Room System delivers a native Microsoft Teams Rooms meeting experience. Designed for small to medium meeting rooms, Yealink MVC500 Room System is a complete solution comprising of touch console, content sharing unit (HDMI ingest), audio and video peripherals and a mini-pc.
Yealink CPW90 Wireless Microphone has a 3m pickup range (per mic) and uses DECT technology of up to 50m to ensure stability of connection. Each MVC500 bundle contains 2 wireless microphones and a charging cradle. Standby time is up to 11 days and talk time is up to 19 hours. Microphones can be muted via a touch of either mic unit (tapping either unit mutes / un-mutes both)
Yealink MSpeaker is a soundbar which is wall mountable and delivers crisp, clear audio, easily capable of filling rooms of up to 12 people. Requires mains power.
UVC50 5x Optical Zoom camera is controlled from the touch panel and delivers a crisp 1080p image. Connectivity to the Mini PC is over 3m USB (supplied). Camera requires mains power.
Mini-PC is an i5 Intel NUC, supplied with Microsoft Teams Rooms pre-installed ready for configuration and sign in onto the VIA UC with Teams platform. Dual HDMI output is supported, meaning that Video content may be displayed on one monitor while simultaneously displaying content on a second monitor.
MShare HDMI ingest allows direct connectivity of HDMI or Mini Display Port into the system, broadcasting the input directly to the monitors connected, or broadcast into the Teams meeting to remote users.
WPP20 (available to purchase separately) allows for USB-A dongle to present to the MShare without wires, eliminating the need to connect a HDMI (etc).
